Human Rights & Responsible Business
Respect for human rights is fundamental to how we do business. Through supplier due diligence, audits, and ongoing engagement, we work to identify and address social and environmental risks, supporting responsible business practices and continuous improvement across our value chain.
We believe transparency helps build trust and accountability. Since 2023, we have published a list of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers across all product categories, and are now expanding this disclosure to include Tier 3 and Tier 4 suppliers in line with the Textile Exchange Supply Chain Taxonomy framework, providing greater visibility into where and how our products are made.
Supplier List<u>Living Wages & Inclusive Opportunities</u>
We believe that everyone should be fairly rewarded for their work. As an accredited Real Living Wage Employer since 2021, we voluntarily pay above the UK government minimum and encourage suppliers to do the same. Alongside our commitment to fair pay, we invest in apprenticeships, mentoring, and inclusion initiatives that help create opportunities, develop skills, and support the next generation of craftspeople.

Through initiatives such as the Mulberry Somerset Community Fund, charitable partnership with Felix and colleague volunteering, we support causes that align with our values and create meaningful local impact.
