In 2003 an icon was born. Understated, effortless, elegant: the original Bayswater was developed to showcase Mulberry’s exceptional leather quality and artisanal craft. Twenty years on, our Bayswater remains a timeless classic, as versatile as it is iconic.
To mark this landmark anniversary, we launch a joyful campaign shot by artist Ronan McKenzie, styled by Eliza Conlon, and featuring a cast of Mulberry friends, including supermodels Lily McMenamy and Alva Claire. To coincide with our campaign, we’ve introduced three new twists on the classic silhouette: the compact East West Bayswater, a distinctively Mulberry take on the current late nineties renaissance; the North South Bayswater Tote, a go-anywhere shoulder bag; and the adaptable Zipped Bayswater Tote, a roomy hold-all that can be worn multiple ways thanks to its multi-zip detailing.
From SS23, the entire family is made from environmentally accredited leather which adheres to our Made to Last ethos. As part of the Mulberry Exchange, all archive Bayswater pieces are carefully revived by Mulberry’s restoration artisans before arriving at the exchange hub on mulberry.com. It’s this circularity that allows a Bayswater to have many lives.
