This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including visits to Mulberry stores, correspondence by telephone and email, via our website www.mulberry.com/au/ from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure.
You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Luxury Retail Group will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Terms and Conditions for Mulberry Pre-Loved Bag Competition (the “Promotion”)
Mulberry is giving participants the opportunity to win a pre-loved Mulberry bag.
By taking part in this Promotion you, agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions"). Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to take part in the Promotion, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotion materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
The promoter of this Promotion is Mulberry Company (Design) Limited of The Rookery, Chilcompton, Bath, Somerset BA3 4EH ("Mulberry"). The promotion begins on Friday 15 September 2023 at 15:00 and ends on Tuesday 26 September 2023 at 23:59 (UK time).
Entry to the Promotion can be made at https://www.mulberry.com/gb/fashionweek23 (“Entry Form”). All requested details on the Entry Form must be provided and must be correct and accurate. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. Mulberry is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged or corrupted web page entries.
One winner will be randomly selected by Mulberry on 30 September 2023 (“the Winner”). The Winner will be notified by Mulberry shortly afterwards using the information provided on the Entry Form. The first Winner must respond to Mulberry within 7 days of notification failing which the Winner shall be out of time and Mulberry reserves the right to select an alternative Winner who shall be notified in the same way. Mulberry’s decision on the Winner shall be final.
The prize is one (1) pre-loved Mulberry bag that the Winner can choose from the Mulberry pre-loved website pages ( https://www.mulberry.com/shop/women/pre-loved-womens or https://www.mulberry.com/shop/women/pre-loved-mens). This is subject to availability. The Winner shall have 2 weeks from the date of Mulberry’s notification that they are the Winner to choose and notify Mulberry by email of their requested prize. Once chosen, the prize cannot be amended or changed, unless the selected prize is no longer available. Mulberry will inform the Winner if the chosen prize is available and when they can expect to receive the prize. The prize is only redeemable in the UK and can be collected from the Winner’s most convenient UK Mulberry stand-alone store or delivered to the Winner’s UK home address.
The prize is only available to the Winner, is non-transferable, is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or refunded via website or stores and there is no cash alternative.
The prize cannot be sold for commercial gain via any re-seller or re-selling website. If the prize is given away, the condition of the gift must be that the product cannot be subsequently sold on by the recipient.
Mulberry may wish to use the Winner’s name (and potentially a photograph) for editorial and publicity purposes on the Mulberry website, blog, email, social media or printed communications. It is a condition of entry to this Promotion that you agree to the use of your name, information and photograph in this way if you are the Winner.
The Promotion is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old except for employees of Mulberry or any of its group of companies, participating or associated companies, promotions agencies, anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion, and the families or household members of all of the above. When contacted the Winner will be required to provide ID.
Mulberry reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in accordance with all applicable laws or regulations, or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Mulberry that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion. Neither Mulberry nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their reasonable control.
Mulberry will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participation in the Promotion or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit their ability to participate in the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit Mulberry's liability which may not as a matter of law be limited.
Entry to this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales shall apply. By entering you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and laws.
