Standard Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm (CET) Monday to Friday will be despatched that day. Orders placed after 3pm (CET) Monday to Friday will be despatched the following working day; orders placed after 3pm (CET) on Fridays will despatched the following Monday.

Collect In Store

Orders can be collected from selected standalone Mulberry stores free of charge.

Orders placed before 3pm (CET) Monday to Friday will be despatched to the store that day. Orders placed after 3pm (CET) Monday to Friday will be despatched to the store the following working day; orders placed after 3pm (CET) on Fridays will despatched to the store the following Monday.

 

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected from the store.

Additonal Delivery Information

• Please allow two additional working days for any security validation and delivery to Highlands and Islands.

• Stationery items and orders under kr375 are despatched via United States Postal Services or International Post and will not require a signature for delivery.

• All orders are delivered in discreet outer packaging, smaller stationery orders of kr375 or less will be delivered in an envelope.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive an email confirming when your order has been despatched.

Our delivery partner will email you tracking details to monitor the progress of your order.

Deliveries are made between 8:30am and 6pm, and will require a signature to ensure the safe and secure delivery your order.

We are unable to deliver goods to PO boxes – with the exception of those located in the United Arab Emirates.

For security reasons we are unable to deliver Mulberry goods to hotels or Armed Forces Postal Addresses.

Payments & Taxes

Sales taxes and duties are calculated on the site according to where you are having your order delivered to and are detailed on the checkout screen during purchase and on your order invoice.

You can download your order invoice via My Mulberry or request one from our Customer Services team.

When ordering goods from Mulberry.com for delivery outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

Please note that when ordering from Mulberry.com, you are considered to be the 'Importer of Record' and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

All Mulberry goods remain the property of Mulberry until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry shall be responsible for the goods until the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry ensures all items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.

Once the goods have been delivered or collected, they cease to be the responsibility of Mulberry.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards as payment methods on mulberry.com. In China we also accept AliPay.

Funds will be deducted from your bank once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.

All orders placed with Mulberry.com undergo security checking to ensure that the payment card is being used by the authorised cardholder. It is also done to prevent online fraud occurring. Please ensure that the Billing Address entered during checkout is the address where the payment card you use is registered. You are able to select a delivery address different to your billing address (for instance, as a gift to arrive with a friend) during the checkout process.

Insurance & lost goods

All Mulberry goods remain the property of Mulberry until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry shall be responsible for the goods until the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry ensures all items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.

Once the goods have been delivered or collected, they cease to be the responsibility of Mulberry.

If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact our Customer Services team within 14 days of placing your order. For stationery orders please allow 28 days before contacting us. Mulberry takes delivery discrepancies very seriously. If a delivery is reported as lost, we will work alongside our delivery partner to ensure a full investigation is carried out. During this time, the carrier may contact you directly and we kindly ask you to provide any additional information they may request to assist with their enquiries. This will ensure the matter is dealt with as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, please contact our Customer Services team within 30 days of the delivery. You will also need to ensure that all original packaging is kept (both outer shipping packaging and internal contents).

If you believe there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our Customer Services team within 48 hours of the delivery.

Collect in store

Your order can be collected at your convenience from selected stores in the United Kingdom today or within 1-2 working days, selected stores in Europe within 2-6 working days and US stores within 1-2 working days.

If there is availability to collect your order in-store it will show in the checkout once you have confirmed your delivery country. Please note that during busy periods our collect in-store service may not be available.

Collected orders can be returned online or in-store, using our free returns process. 

To use this service, select the 'collect in store' option at checkout and choose a store from the menu. The Collect in store service is not offered on orders for stationery items of £50/€70/US$60 or less. The available stores are:

You will receive and email once your order has arrived in store and it is ready to be collected. Your order will remain in store for 10 days. In the event that you are not able to collect your order it will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

When collecting your order from a store you will need:

• To present a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email.

• The credit or debit card used to complete the transaction.

• Photographic ID will be required when collecting an order in store.

• If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, your signed written permission in addition to the above.

Packaging & gifts

Your Mulberry.com order will arrive in our signature packaging, most of our leather goods will come with a soft dust bag to ensure that the item is protected.

All orders are delivered in discreet outer packaging, smaller stationery orders of £50/$60/€60 or less will be delivered in an envelope.

If your Mulberry.com purchase is a gift you can add a gift message during the checkout process and we will ensure no price details are included with the order.

For security reasons we are only able to issue refunds to the original purchaser of the gift and do not offer gift exchanges.

Gift Cards

Available from £50 - £5,000, Mulberry Gift Cards come beautifully wrapped inside a signature gift box.

When using a Mulberry Gift Card at mulberry.com, you will be required to give the serial number on the gift card and the PIN which is revealed by scratching off the holographic panel on the gift card.

Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase – this cannot be extended or re-activated once the expiry date is reached.

Please take care of the gift card and treat it as you would cash. Once it is in your possession it is your responsibility and it cannot be replaced if lost. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you find something you want to purchase that has a higher value that your gift card then you can use the gift card as part-payment and settle the balance using a credit or debit card.

If you have any problems redeeming your gift card, and it has not expired, then please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist you.

CITES

About CITES

CITES (The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) is an international agreement between governments which aims to ensure that international trade in wild animals and plants does not threaten their survival. This means that trade may take place without detriment to the species, but must be controlled within the CITES quotas based on scientific findings.

Travelling with CITES products

Customers purchasing in the EU:

Within the EU there is free movement of CITES products, and for customers traveling outside the EU, it is normally possible to carry a CITES-controlled item with you provided you can demonstrate it is your property and is not being carried for commercial purposes. If purchasing for personal use your Mulberry sales advisor will give you a letter explaining this. We advise however that, in the event of travel outside of the EU, you contact the customs office in your destination country to check any restrictions which can differ from country to country.

Customers purchasing outside of the EU:

Store purchases: In the event of travel with your item, please contact the customs office in your destination country to check any restrictions on CITES products carried for personal use.

Website purchases: Strict customs regulations vary from country to country, so it may not be possible to ship CITES controlled products to your home address outside the EU, or there may be some delay in the shipping time and import documents to be obtained. Please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to advise you further.
