Circularity
Keeping Craft in Circulation
At Mulberry, we believe that the most sustainable product is one that is cherished and used for many years. Through repair, resale, exchange, and circular design, we are extending product life and helping to keep craftsmanship in circulation.
Built on a heritage of quality and longevity, our circularity approach aims to maximise the value and lifespan of every product we create, supporting a more circular future for luxury fashion.
Repair & Care
Our Lifetime Service Centre has been restoring and repairing Mulberry bags for more than 40 years. Located within our flagship Somerset factory – The Rookery in Chilcompton – our skilled craftspeople help customers care for, repair, and extend the life of their products, ensuring they can be enjoyed for generations.
Resale & Exchange
Through The Mulberry Exchange, customers can trade in pre-loved Mulberry bags and give them a second life. Each piece is authenticated, restored where required, and reintroduced to the market, keeping products in use for longer while making circular luxury more accessible.
Circularity in Action
We are embedding circularity throughout the customer journey and continuing to explore how repair, resale, and longevity can become an increasingly important part of the luxury retail experience. From featuring pre-loved products alongside new collections to expanding access to circular services globally, we are working to keep craft in circulation.
