Import Duties and Taxes

Orders for delivery to any EU country will not incur any import duties and/or taxes. 

Standard Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm GMT/BST Monday to Friday will be despatched that same day. Orders placed after 2pm GMT/BST Monday to Friday will be despatched the following working day; orders placed after 2pm GMT/BST on Fridays will be despatched the following Monday. Despatch timings may vary during busy trading and sale periods.

Collect In Store

Orders can be collected from your nearest standalone Mulberry store free of charge.

Same working day is available in select stores on orders placed before 3pm GMT/BST, this will be displayed when placing your order.

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected from the store.

Additional Delivery Information

• Please allow additional working days for any security validation and delivery to Highlands and Islands.

• Stationery orders are despatched via UK Royal Mail or international post and will not require a signature for delivery.

• All orders are delivered in discreet outer packaging, smaller stationery orders will be delivered in an envelope.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive an email confirming when your order has been despatched.

Our delivery partner will email you tracking details to monitor the progress of your order.

Deliveries are made between 8:30am and 6pm, and the courier will mark the GPS location at the time of delivery to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order.

We are unable to deliver to Parcel Motels.

We are unable to deliver goods to PO boxes – with the exception of those located in the United Arab Emirates.

For security reasons we are unable to deliver Mulberry goods to hotels or Armed Forces Postal Addresses.

Pre-Christmas Delivery Dates

To ensure your Mulberry gifts reach you in time for Christmas, our last dates for guaranteeing delivery* are:

EU Countries: Tuesday 9th December

Non-EU European countries: Monday 15th December

Denmark: Friday 12th December

Germany: Friday 19th December

Netherlands: Tuesday 16th December

Ireland and Sweden: Thursday 11th December

Payments & Taxes

Orders for delivery to any EU country will not incur any import duties and/or taxes.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, PayPal and Klarna are accepted as payment methods on Mulberry.com.

Funds will be deducted from your bank once your order has been despatched.

All orders placed with Mulberry.com undergo security checking to ensure that the payment card is being used by the authorised cardholder and to prevent online fraud occurring. Please ensure that the Billing Address entered during checkout is the address where the payment card you use is registered.

You can download your order invoice via My Mulberry or request one from our Customer Care team.

Versicherung & verlorenes Gut

Die Ware von Mulberry bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung und Auslieferung oder Abholung der Ware Eigentum von Mulberry. Mulberry haftet bis zur Auslieferung oder Abholung für die Ware. Mulberry stellt sicher, dass alle Artikel gegen Diebstahl und zufällige Beschädigungen versichert sind, ohne dass dem Kunden Kosten entstehen.

Sobald die Ware ausgeliefert oder abgeholt wurde, ist Mulberry nicht mehr verantwortlich.

Sofern Sie befürchten, dass Ihre Ware unterwegs verloren gegangen ist, wenden Sie sich bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen (28 Tagen bei Schreibwaren) nach Aufgabe Ihrer Bestellung an unseren Kundenservice. Mulberry nimmt Lieferunstimmigkeiten sehr ernst. Sollte eine Lieferung als verloren gemeldet werden, arbeiten wir eng mit unseren Lieferpartnern zusammen und stellen sicher, dass eine umfassende Untersuchung eingeleitet wird. Während dieser Untersuchung werden Sie ggf. direkt von unserem Lieferpartner kontaktiert und um Informationen zu dem entsprechenden Fall gebeten. Auf diese Weise wird garantiert, dass der Fall so schnell wie möglich bearbeitet wird.

Sollte dennoch einmal der unwahrscheinliche Fall eintreten, dass wir Ihren Auftrag falsch bearbeitet oder Ihnen einen schadhaften Artikel zugesendet haben, wenden Sie sich bitte innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Erhalt der Ware an unseren Kundenservice.

Verpackung & Geschenke

Ihre Bestellung auf Mulberry.com wird in unserer charakteristischen Tragetasche geliefert, in der Sie Ihre Einkäufe bequem transportieren können. Unsere Lederwaren werden in der Regel mit einem weichen Staubschutzbeutel geliefert, der dafür sorgt, dass der Artikel unterwegs zu Ihnen und später bei der Aufbewahrung geschützt ist.
