## Mulberry Coronavirus FAQ In these difficult times, the health of our staff and customers is our top priority. Mulberry is committed to following the latest guidelines and advice from Public Health England. Please find below our most frequently asked questions at this time, but do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any further queries. **Are you still shipping mulberry.com orders?** Yes, mulberry.com is operating as usual for online shopping, with free delivery and free returns on all orders. Our warehouse is observing strict hygiene standards: increased hand washing, gloves have been provided for staff and all orders are being packed for ease of unpacking hygienically. With this in mind, your bag will come wrapped in cellophane as a protective layer. As a precaution, we recommend you open your package outdoors and take the inner wrapped bag only into your home. At this time we are shipping all orders with minimal handling for your hygiene, all essential gift wrapping items will be safely included with your order. We are constantly working with our delivery partners to ensure all health and hygiene standards are being upheld. Our UK delivery partners have increased hygiene procedures for all drivers and customers are not expected to sign for goods at present. However, please be assured that we are working to get your purchases out to you as soon as possible. However, stores will be operating a COVID-secure click & collect system. You can place your order online and collect from a member of staff at the door of your local Mulberry store. We also request that you wear a mask if making use of the click & collect option at a closed Mulberry store. **Can you extend the returns period as I am currently in self-isolation?** Our returns period is 30 days and we are currently offering free returns pick-up direct from your door.
