Standard Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched that same day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the following working day; orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be despatched the following Monday. Despatch timings may vary during busy trading and sale periods.
Additional Delivery Information
• All orders are delivered in discreet outer packaging, smaller stationery orders will be delivered in an envelope.
• Due to the high volume of orders during our sale period, there may be a shipment dispatch delay. However, please be assured that we are working to get your purchases out to you as soon as possible.
• Please note that due to local bank holidays our European distribution centre will be closed on the following days: October 3, October 31, December 25, December 26.

Tracking & Delivery
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been despatched.
Our delivery partner will email you tracking details to monitor the progress of your order.
Deliveries are made between 8:30am and 6pm, and the courier will mark the GPS location at the time of delivery to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order.
We are unable to deliver to Parcel Motels.
We are unable to deliver goods to PO boxes – with the exception of those located in the United Arab Emirates.
For security reasons we are unable to deliver Mulberry goods to hotels or Armed Forces Postal Addresses.
Payments & Taxes
Sales taxes and duties are calculated on the site according to where you are having your order delivered to and are detailed on the checkout screen during purchase and on your order invoice.
You can download your order invoice via My Mulberry or request one from our Customer Care team.
When ordering goods from Mulberry.com for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.
Please note that when ordering from Mulberry.com, you may be considered to be the 'Importer of Record' and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.
All Mulberry goods remain the property of Mulberry until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry shall be responsible for the goods until the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry ensures all items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.
Once the goods have been delivered or collected, they cease to be the responsibility of Mulberry.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, PayPal and Klarna as payment methods on mulberry.com.
Funds will be deducted from your bank once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.
All orders placed with Mulberry.com undergo security checking to ensure that the payment card is being used by the authorised cardholder. It is also done to prevent online fraud occurring. Please ensure that the Billing Address entered during checkout is the address where the payment card you use is registered. You are able to select a delivery address different to your billing address (for instance, as a gift to arrive with a friend) during the checkout process.

Gift Cards
Available from £50 - £2,500, Mulberry Gift Cards come beautifully wrapped inside a signature gift box.
When using a Mulberry Gift Card at mulberry.com, you will be required to give the serial number on the gift card and the PIN which is revealed by scratching off the holographic panel on the gift card.
Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase – this cannot be extended or re-activated once the expiry date is reached.
Please take care of the gift card and treat it as you would cash. Once it is in your possession it is your responsibility and it cannot be replaced if lost. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you find something you want to purchase that has a higher value that your gift card then you can use the gift card as part-payment and settle the balance using a credit or debit card.
