Bei Bestellungen mit Lieferung in ein EU-Land fallen keine Einfuhrzölle und/oder Steuern an.

Informationen zur Lieferung

• Lieferzeiten gelten für Bestellungen, die von montags bis freitags vor 14:00 Uhr getätigt werden. Nach 14:00 Uhr montags bis freitags aufgegebene Bestellungen werden am nächsten Arbeitstag versandfertig gemacht. Bestellungen, die freitags nach 14:00 Uhr getätigt werden, werden am folgenden Montag versendet.

• Bitte beachten Sie, dass es während des Sales zu Verzögerungen beim Versand der Bestellungen kommen kann.

• Alle Bestellungen werden in diskret gehaltenem Verpackungsmaterial versandt, kleinere Bestellungen an Schreibwaren werden in einem Umschlag versandt.

• Bitte beachten Sie, dass unser europäisches Vertriebszentrum aufgrund lokaler Feiertage an folgenden Tagen geschlossen ist: 3. Oktober, 31. Oktober, 25. Dezember, 26. Dezember.

Sendungsverfolung & Lieferung

Sie erhalten für alle auf Mulberry.com vorgenommenen Bestellungen eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail, sobald Ihre Bestellung versendet wurde. Diese E-Mail enthält auch die Trackingnummer, über die Sie den Status Ihrer Lieferung beim von uns gewählten Versandunternehmen verfolgen können.

Die Lieferungen erfolgen zwischen 08:30 und 18:00 Uhr. Für die sichere Auslieferung Ihrer Bestellung ist eine Unterschrift erforderlich.

Pre-Christmas Delivery Dates

Um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Mulberry Geschenke Sie rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten erreichen, bitten wir Sie unser letztes Bestelldatum zu beachten:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, PayPal and Klarna as payment methods on mulberry.com.

Funds will be deducted from your bank once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.

All orders placed with Mulberry.com undergo security checking to ensure that the payment card is being used by the authorised cardholder. It is also done to prevent online fraud occurring. Please ensure that the Billing Address entered during checkout is the address where the payment card you use is registered. You are able to select a delivery address different to your billing address (for instance, as a gift to arrive with a friend) during the checkout process.

Insurance & lost goods

All Mulberry goods remain the property of Mulberry until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry shall be responsible for the goods until the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry ensures all items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.

Once the goods have been delivered or collected, they cease to be the responsibility of Mulberry.

If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of placing your order. For stationery orders please allow 28 days before contacting us. Mulberry takes delivery discrepancies very seriously. If a delivery is reported as lost, we will work alongside our delivery partner to ensure a full investigation is carried out. During this time, the carrier may contact you directly and we kindly ask you to provide any additional information they may request to assist with their enquiries. This will ensure the matter is dealt with as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the delivery. You will also need to ensure that all original packaging is kept (both outer shipping packaging and internal contents).

If you believe there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of the delivery.

If a chosen safe place on your carrier account applies, our couriers will follow this instruction should you be unavailable at the time of delivery. The responsibility of your order is then no longer that of Mulberry and any losses from this point will need to be directed to your local authorities.

Collect in store

Your order can be collected at your convenience from selected stores within 2-4 working days.

If there is availability to collect your order in-store it will show in the checkout once you have confirmed your delivery country. Please note that during busy periods our collect in-store service may not be available.

Collected orders can be returned online or in-store, using our free returns process. 

To use this service, select the 'collect in store' option at checkout and choose a store from the menu. The Collect in store service is not offered on orders for stationery items of £50/€70/US$60 or less.

You will receive and email once your order has arrived in store and it is ready to be collected. Your order will remain in store for 10 days. In the event that you are not able to collect your order it will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

When collecting your order from a store you will need:

• To present a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email.

• The credit or debit card used to complete the transaction.

• Photographic ID will be required when collecting an order in store.

• If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, your signed written permission in addition to the above.

Packaging & gifts

Your Mulberry.com order will arrive in our signature packaging, most of our leather goods will come with a soft dust bag to ensure that the item is protected.

All orders are delivered in discreet outer packaging, smaller stationery orders of £50/$60/€60 or less will be delivered in an envelope.

If your Mulberry.com purchase is a gift you can add a gift message during the checkout process and we will ensure no price details are included with the order.

For security reasons we are only able to issue refunds to the original purchaser of the gift and do not offer gift exchanges.

Gift Cards

Available from £50 - £2,500, Mulberry Gift Cards come beautifully wrapped inside a signature gift box.

When using a Mulberry Gift Card at mulberry.com, you will be required to give the serial number on the gift card and the PIN which is revealed by scratching off the holographic panel on the gift card.

Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase – this cannot be extended or re-activated once the expiry date is reached.

Please take care of the gift card and treat it as you would cash. Once it is in your possession it is your responsibility and it cannot be replaced if lost. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you find something you want to purchase that has a higher value that your gift card then you can use the gift card as part-payment and settle the balance using a credit or debit card.

If you have any problems redeeming your gift card, and it has not expired, then please contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist you.
