Returned goods
Mulberry.com orders may be returned within 30 days from the ship date shown on the delivery note. Please note that sale items must be shipped within 14 days.
We will only accept returns if the product is unused and in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.

Once the returned merchandise arrives and is determined to be OK, we will process the refund according to the payment method used for the order.
Cancellation / Exchange
As a rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. (Please contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your order before it has been confirmed, as cancellations may be possible only if the order has not yet been shipped.) We will respond by returning the product. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the item and then order a new item, if it is still in stock.
