Returning A Product

Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided items are returned to Mulberry within:

28 days of receipt for full-priced goods, or
14 days of receipt for sale items.

All returns must be in perfect condition, and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged (including the soles of shoes), or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. In these situations, the items will be returned to you at your own cost.

In the case of shoes, we ask that whilst you are trying them on for size and fit you wear them on carpeted surfaces only to ensure there is no damage or marking to the soles. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on shoes that are scratched, damaged or dirty and the item will be returned to you at your own cost. If you do decide to return your purchase, we require that you return the shoes with their box in structured and protective packaging so as not to damage the box, which is considered part of the shoe product and to which the same returns conditions apply.

Womenswear and swimwear can be tried on and returned if unsuitable, but must be returned in perfect condition with the tags attached. For womenswear this is usually a swing tag attached to the garment and in swimwear this is a protective internal label.

Included with your original order will be a despatch note and invoice with a return form on the reverse. Please provide all relevant information including your reason for the return. This information will help us deal with your return as quickly as possible and also help us to improve the quality of our products in the future.

If you are a UK customer ordering from a UK address you can arrange a free return.  Please follow the instructions on your enclosed returns card.

For non-UK returns please follow the below instruction:


We advise you to return goods via a traceable method, such as registered mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Alternatively you can contact Customer Services which will arrange for a UPS pick-up. In either instance customers are obliged to meet return expenses, unless the item in question is proved to be faulty.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel their purchase with us at any time within the seven working days after the customer receives the goods (the 'seven day cooling off period'). We will refund any postage charge as well as the cost of the goods if you cancel the contract within this time. Please see Changes & Cancellations for more information.
