Mulberry offers a repairs service for bags that develop a defect such as a faulty zip or lock, or are subject to wear and tear through age. Not all bags can be repaired, but the team will always assess each bag and advise what can be done.
Bags carry a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase. If within this period you detect a fault, it will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost (proof of purchase will be required in most instances).
Mulberry also offers a repairs and refurbishment service for goods that require it but that are outside of their guarantee period.
To arrange a repair please take your bag into a Mulberry stand-alone store, where the staff will arrange to have it sent to the repairs team for assessment. If you cannot get to a store you can also send your bag directly to the repairs centre.
If you are sending directly, please print and fill out the
Repair Request Form and send it with your bag, in secure packaging.
If your bag can be repaired you will be contacted with a quote and asked if you wish to proceed. If your bag is still inside the guarantee period and you have proof of purchase, you will not be charged.
The repairs team is dedicated to helping you get the most out of your Mulberry. However due to the high demand for our services it may take between 4 – 8 weeks to assess your product and carry out anyrefurbishment where possible. Although the team will carry out any applicable repairs to the very best of their ability, there may be some colour or leather variation, depending on the style and age of the product.
