Stock Availability
In cases where an item you wish to purchase is out of stock and you opt to 'Add to Back Order' we will do our best to source the product from other stock holdings, and will notify you via email within 72 working hours if we will be able to fulfil your order. If we are unable to locate the product for your back order, but have already taken payment for the goods we shall stop the transfer of any funds or process a full refund via the original payment method.
If you have asked to be notified about the arrival of a specific product via our 'Coming Soon – Notify Me' feature, we will attempt to notify you via email within 48 hours of the product being in stock and available for order.
